Participants head out at the start of the 9th annual Col. Darby 40 Mile Ranger Challenge. Approximately 350, mostly Army Soldiers, participated in the challenge on April 30th, 2018. Participants must walk or run 40 miles from Southern Lake Garda to Northern Lake Garda in 12 hours or less. This event honors Col.
