Sgt. Justin Weber makes a point to Brig. Gen. Corey Carr, commander of Indiana National Guard's 81st Troop Command, at Forward Operating Base West, Aug. 3, 2011. Carr, traveled to the Joint Multinational Readiness Center in Hohenfels, Germany, to visit soldiers from the 1313th and 1413th Engineer companies participating in Operation Deutschen Einsmann or German Ironman. The engineers are operating out of four work sites. Weber is the NCO in charge of the FOB West project. His 1413th soldiers were tasked with putting roofs, windows and doors on two cinder block buildings.
