Brig. Gen. Corey Carr, commander of Indiana National Guard's 81st Troop Command, speaks with Sgt. Angela Sherbit and Spc. Corey Schultz before presenting them with coins for exemplary performance at Forward Operating Base West, Wednesday, Aug. 3, 2011. Carr traveled to the Joint Multinational Readiness Center, in Hohenfels, Germany to visit a mixed unit of troops from the 1313th and 1413th Engineer companies, under the command of Capt. Stanly Kersys. The engineers are spending a three-week ADT participating in Operation Deutschen Einsmann or German Ironman. Sherbit and Schultz are both electricians with the 1413th.
