NORFOLK, Va. (May 17, 2018) -- Information Systems Technician 3rd Class Seamus Fazio, from Fort Wayne, Indiana, assigned to USS Gerald R. Ford (CVN 78), is sprayed with oleoresin capsicum (OC) spray during an in-port security force (ISF) training session at Naval Station Norfolk.
