NORFOLK, Va. (May 17, 2018) -- Aviation Ordnanceman 3rd Class Jessica Pulakka, from Rosamond, California, assigned to USS Gerald R. Ford (CVN 78), performs mock baton movements after being exposed to oleoresin capsicum (OC) spray during an in-port security force (ISF) training session at Naval Station Norfolk.
