Paul Rock Jr. pose for a picture with Sigrah’s naturalization certificate after a naturalization ceremony May 17 hosted at the Ocean Breeze aboard Camp Foster, Okinawa, Japan. The naturalization ceremony is a time where the dedication, loyalty and willingness to embrace America and the American way of life is celebrated. The new citizens are welcomed into the American family and presented their naturalization certificates at the ceremony. Karas is the field office director of the Seoul, Korea field office of United States Citizenship and Immigration Services.
