Sergeant Maj. Carl Gantt is the new senior enlisted adviser at Marine Corps Training and Advisory Group. Gantt participated in the traditional passing of the non-commissioned officer sword at the command's relief and appointment ceremony, Aug. 12. The passing of the sword symbolizes the transfer of responsibility, knowledge and leadership to the new sergeant major for a unit.
