Non-GPS enabled positioning, navigation and timing technology sits atop an SUV during a technical experimentation at Muscatatuck Urban Training Center, Ind., March 27, 2018. Recently, U.S. Special Operations Command's Science and Technology Directorate tested some new technologies to see if they could help the warfighter. The experimentation provided special operations units the opportunity to evaluate new tech and to provide its developers feedback.
