Gary Ingram, a program manager from Raytheon, and Kyle Smith, a contractor from Robotic Research LLC, demonstrate non-GPS enabled positioning, navigation and timing technology during a technical experimentation at Muscatatuck Urban Training Center, Ind., March 28, 2018. Recently, U.S. Special Operations Command's Science and Technology Directorate tested some new technologies to see if they could help the warfighter. The experimentation provided special operations units the opportunity to evaluate new tech and to provide its developers feedback.
