4th Infantry Division and Fort Carson Deputy Commanding General, Brig. Gen. Dave Hodne, address the attendees of the 4th Annual First Responders Training hosted by Evans Army Community Hospital, Fort Carson, Co. on Mar. 27. Hodne thanked the room for attending the training and for their hard work and dedication to serving victims of sexual assault and harassment quickly and with care. Sexual Assault Response Coordinators (SARC), victim advocates and first responders from across Fort Carson, area Air Force Bases strengthened community partnerships with Colorado Springs Police Department’s Special Victims Section and Memorial Hospital during the training.
