A look inside a completed tactical operations center, one of more than 40 designated to be built to facilitate soldiers moving to Kuwait due to the drawdown of Iraq. Inside each TOC will be the ability to connect up to 40 secure Internet protocols, 40 non-secure Internet protocols and 40 telephone lines. The newly-built facilities will allow the U.S. Forces–Iraq headquarters to sustain its fight once the group moves south.
