CAMP FOSTER, OKINAWA, Japan – Lance Cpl. Roy Harris Jr.’s meritorious promotion warrant is read aloud during his promotion ceremony June 6 aboard Camp Foster, Okinawa, Japan. Harris was meritoriously promoted to lance corporal by Lt. Gen. Daniel J. O’Donohue. Harris is from Levittown, Pennsylvania where he graduated from Bucks County Technical High School.
