CAMP FOSTER, OKINAWA, Japan – Lance Cpl. Roy Harris Jr., middle, is pinned by Lt. Gen. Daniel J. O’Donohue, Left, and Brig. Gen. Paul J. Rock Jr. during his meritorious promotion ceremony June 6 aboard Camp Foster, Okinawa, Japan. Harris was meritoriously promoted to lance corporal by O’Donohue. Harris is from Levittown, Pennsylvania where he graduated from Bucks County Technical High School. O’Donohue is the deputy commandant of information with Headquarters Marine Corps.
