Phillip Sawyer (center), commander, U.S. 7th Fleet, uses the Da Vinci Robotic Surgical System aboard Military Sealift Command hospital ship USNS Mercy (T-AH 19) during a tour of the ship. Mercy is making port visits to Yokosuka and Tokyo to promote relationships between U.S. Navy Sailors and Japanese citizens through cultural exchange and bilateral training.
