Tenry Matthew of the 610th Quartermaster Company, Virgin Islands National Guard troubleshoot an issue with the Tactical Water Purification System during the 2011 Reverse Osmosis Water Purification Unit Rodeo. The 2011 ROWPU Rodeo, which was held Aug. 21-25, is an event held to train and educate water production teams, also fostering confidence and esprit de corps among service members.
