Color guard members from the 116th Cavalry Brigade Combat Team and 149th Maneuver Enhancement Brigade parade the National and unit colors during a Transfer of Authority ceremony at Camp Victory, Iraq, Aug. 31, 2011. Since the 116th CBCT set foot in Iraq in September 2010, they have been responsible for the administration, logistics and security for various bases within United Stated Division-Center in support of Operation New Dawn.
