Berard Champoux, commanding general for the 25th Infantry Division, thanks the 116th Cavalry Brigade Combat Team for their devotion to supporting Operation New Dawn during a Transfer of Authority ceremony at Camp Victory, Iraq, Aug. 31, 2011. The 116th CBCT passed their duties of Garrison Command for Victory Base Complex, Iraq, to the 149th Maneuver Enhancement Brigade during the ceremony marking the end of their yearlong deployment.
