180618-N-SO730-0131 NEWPORT NEWS, Va. (June 18, 2018) Aviation Boatswain's Mate (Handling) 3rd Class Owens Donovan, from Dallas, assigned to the aircraft carrier USS George H.W. Bush (CVN 77), removes debris from the attic of a storage shed owned by the Disabled American Veterans Chapter 2. As a birthday tribute to the ship's namesake, and representing his famous "Thousand Points of Light" speech, approximately 1,000 GHWB crew members took part in one of the largest single-day community relation (COMREL) events at 44 different locations throughout the Hampton Roads area. George H.W. Bush turned 94 on June 12. (U.S. Navy photo by Mass Communication Specialist 3rd Class Joe Boggio)
