Cpl. Justin Armstrong, the chief instructor at the Cherry Point combat pool with Marine Wing Headquarters Squadron 2, acts as a victim waiting to be rescued in full combat gear during the advanced water survival course at the Cherry Point combat pool, Aug. 19. The course teaches both Red Cross lifeguard procedures and Marine Corps rescue and survival techniques to the students.
