Instructors and students watch as students conduct a spine board water rescue during the advanced water survival course at the Cherry Point combat pool, Aug. 19. The rigorous one week course that started at 7 a.m. and ended at 4:30 p.m. pushed the Marines to the limit to be WSA certified and assistants to the Marine Corps Instructor of Water Survival assistants.
