Command Master Chief Duane Sharp salutes Capt. Darius Banaji after passing him the 25th Naval Construction Regiment colors during the 25 NCR change of command ceremony, Sept. 1, 2011. Banaji took over command from Capt. Allan M. Stratman. Stratman led the regiment for two years and through multiple expeditionary deployments including earthquake recovery operations in Haiti, Balikatan 2010 in the Republic of the Philipines, and a 7-month deployment as the command and control element for Task Force Overlord in Afghanistan.
