Capt. Darius Banaji, commodore, 25th Naval Construction Regiment, is piped ashore following the 25th NCR change of command ceremony, Sept. 1, 2011. Banaji took over command from Capt. Allan M. Stratman. Stratman led the regiment for two years and through multiple expeditionary deployments including earthquake recovery operations in Haiti, Balikatan 2010 in the Republic of the Philipines, and a 7-month deployment as the command and control element for Task Force Overlord in Afghanistan.
