    81st Readiness Division

    Master Sgt. Robert E. Rayborn Jr. from the 81st RSC calls out the name of Spc. Thomas D. Caughman the soldier in which the 81st building is named after. The monument features two 25-foot representations of a portion of the freedom tower, being built on the world trade site.
