Hospitalman Apprentice Brian Montgomery, assigned to the Women’s Health Clinic at Naval Medical Center Portsmouth (NMCP), explains to Hospitalman John Garrison the importance of proper stress management at the Caregiver Occupational Stress Control (CgOSC) coffee klatch at NMCP. CgOSC is a program designed to promote peer intervention, strengthen unit cohesion and develop a supportive work environment for all NMCP staff by reducing the stigma of seeking help for stress injuries
