Ann Marie Raniowski, senior advisor for Caregiver Occupational Stress Control (CgOSC) team at Naval Medical Center Portsmouth (NMCP), speaks to NMCP staff members about proper stress management at the CgOSC coffee klatch at NMCP. CgOSC is a program designed to promote peer intervention, strengthen unit cohesion and develop a supportive work environment for all NMCP staff by reducing the stigma of seeking help for stress injuries.
