The Cote de Chatillon, a German stronghold in the Kriemhilde Stallung Line in the Meuse Argonne campaign as viewed from the position of the 151st Machine Gun Battalion, a unit comprised of three Georgia National Guard companies from Macon, Ga. and one Company of Pennsylvania Guardsmen. This position was seized by the 42nd “Rainbow Division” at a cost of over 3,000 casualties.
