Arthur Bornshein, director, Enterprise Solutions, Dynology Corporation, observes Marines from 2nd Battalion, 1st Marine Regiment, 1st Marine Division, as they prepare mortars for their next fire mission at Camp Pendleton, Sept. 13. Bornshein and a group of people working with the Indirect Fire and Munition Non-lethal Program came here to gather information about how a mortar team employs the an 81 mm mortar system and what the Marines who operate these systems think should be incorporated or better ways to make the new nonlethal round more effective.
