Bangladesh Navy sailors look over a navigation chart on the bridge of the guided-missile frigate USS Ford (FFG 54). Ford is underway as part of Cooperation Afloat Readiness and Training (CARAT) Bangladesh 2011. CARAT is a series of bilateral exercises held annually in Southeast Asia to strengthen relationships and enhance force readiness. Bangladesh is participating in this exercise for the first time.
