    Navy Region Southwest Commanding Officer Rear Adm. Yancy Lindsay presents Capt. Scott T. Mulvehill, Naval Base Coronado commanding officer with an award during a change of command ceremony. During the ceremony Mulvehill relinquished command to Capt. Tim Slentz. Naval Base Coronado is a conglomerate of eight Naval installations stretching from San Clemente Island, located 70 miles west of San Diego, to the La Posta Warfare Training Facility, located 60 miles east of San Diego.
