Sgt. 1st Class Augusta Creech, the platoon sergeant for 1st Platoon, Company E, 1st Squadron, 8th Cavalry Regiment, attached to 2nd Infantry Brigade Combat Team, 2nd Infantry Division, watches as his team prepares a vehicle for another mission June 2. Creech�s unit conducts route clearance operations in eastern Baghdad, searching for possible explosive devices.
