Ty Britt, commander, Coastal Riverine Group Two, answers questions from ROTC midshipmen during their fourth week of Career Orientation and Training for Midshipmen. Each summer ROTC and U.S. Naval Academy Midshipmen visit Navy commands around the globe during the summer training programs designed to assist the midshipmen in making informed decisions about the warfare areas in which they’ll request to serve after their commissions. Navy Expeditionary Combat Command hosts midshipmen during their summer training to expose them to the mission sets and leadership opportunities found within the Navy’s expeditionary communities.
