JOINT BASE LEWIS-MCCHORD, Washington – CW2 Gustavo Salvador, a property book officer with 1st Special Forces Group (Airborne), stands for a photo with his parents after graduating from Superior Military School “Eloy Alfaro,” which is the Ecuadorian equivalent to the United States Military Academy (West Point). Salvador immigrated to the United States from Ecuador to enlist in the U.S. Army, and through his dedication to the Army’s mission and his demonstrated proficiency, he has both earned our nation’s trust, and his commission as an officer.
