JOINT BASE LEWIS-MCCHORD, Washington – WO1 Salvador, a property book officer with 1st Special Forces Group (Airborne), is pinned the rank of Chief Warrant Officer 2 by his father, a retired Ecuadorian army sergeant major, August 24, during his promotion ceremony. Salvador immigrated to the United States from Ecuador to enlist in the U.S. Army, and through his dedication to the Army’s mission and his demonstrated proficiency, he has both earned our nation’s trust, and his commission as an officer.
