Maj. Gen. Bennet Sacolick, U.S. Army John F. Kennedy Special Warfare Center and School commander, speaks Oct. 6, 2011, at the dedication of the Randall David Shughart Elementary and Middle Schools. Sacolick served with Sgt. 1st Class Randall D. Shughart, who was killed during an operation to rescue a downed American helicopter crew in Somalia in 1993 and was posthumously awarded the Medal of Honor.
