Second Lt. David Mercado, Air Mobility Command Manpower, Personnel and Services officer, delivers the "final salute" to U.S. Air Force Gen. Darren W. McDew, former commander of the U.S. Transportation Command, Scott Air Force Base, Illinois, Aug. 24, 2018.
