Texas Guardsmen from El Paso-based 3rd Battalion, 133rd Field Artillery Regiment, deployed to the U.S./Mexico border part of Operation Guardian Support, in efforts to meet the demand of getting badges back to the border. The servicemembers are to assist U.S. Customs and Border Protection in nonenforcement areas such as maintenance, administrative and surveillance.
