MAYPORT, Fla. (Sept. 14, 2018) Capt. Joseph R. O'Brien, commanding officer of the Wasp-class amphibious assault ship USS Iwo Jima (LHD 7), congratulates the ship's newly-pinned chief petty officers following the ship’s fiscal year 2019 chief petty officer pinning ceremony at the Ocean Breeze Conference Center onboard Naval Station Mayport. During the ceremony, 19 Iwo Jima Sailors received their chief anchors and covers as they were promoted to the rank of chief petty officer.
