Jason Monks, Idaho State Representative, took the opportunity to eat lunch with a cadet from Class 18-2 at the Idaho Youth ChalleNGe Academy's dining facility at IDYCA located in Pierce, Idaho on Sept. 10, 2018. The IDYCA program's primary focus is reclaiming the lives of 16 to 18-year-olds who are at risk or have dropped out of high school, by getting them back on a path necessary to succeed as adults. Cadets are on their ninth week of the current 22-week program. (U.S. Air National Guard photo by Master Sgt. Becky Vanshur)
