U.S. Army soldiers from 3rd Battalion, 82nd Field Artillery Regiment, Bravo Battery, 2-1 Cavalry Advise and Assist Brigade, 1st Cavalry Division, conduct a foot patrol in the city of Samarra, Iraq, Oct. 9, 2011. The soldiers conduct security checks before continuing on towards Al Asakara Mosque to check on the recent progress of the rebuilding. First Cavalry Division is in Iraq in Support of Operation New Dawn.
