A boat crew aboard a 47-foot Motor life Boat from Station Chetco River returns to its base after medically evacuating an ill engineer off the commercial fishing vessel Alaska Ocean 10 miles west of Brookings, Ore., Oct. 10, 2018.

The engineer reportedly suffered a sudden loss of vision, which also caused anxiety.
