Petty Officer 2nd Class Carlos Sosa, a coxswain aboard a 47-foot Motor Life Boat from Station Chetco River maneuvers the MLB back to port after his crew medically evacuated an ill crewmember off the commercial fishing vessel Alaska Ocean 10 miles west of Brookings, Ore., Oct. 10, 2018.

The ill engineer was safely brought aboard the 47-foot MLB and transported to emergency medical services.
