USACE has received 7 FEMA Mission Assignments (7 active, 6 closed), totaling more than $10.5 million for disaster response to Hurricane Michael-damaged areas. One of those missions is to provide Temporary Emergency Power. The USACE Temporary Power PRT and the 249th Engineer Battalion are deployed and assessing sites for installation of emergency generators.
