Kenneth Hale is a vital part of the team and the epitome of a team player. He led the team on the mobile occupational hearing conservation audiology trucks four days a week in order to bring hearing conservation services to the fleet throughout Hampton Roads. Hale took the lead in coordinating support for two commands, which resulted in an approximate 10 percent increase in hearing conservation compliance for each command. Hale diligently ensured all members are audiometrically ready for deployment. This was possible because of his outstanding commitment and leadership.
