Rear Admiral James p. Wisecup along with members of the Seo Kwang Development Company and the Republic of Korea Navy are shown the newest additions to Pier 11. The $5 million utility upgrades to the pier will enable U.S. and Republic of Korea ships to use external power when they pull into port allowing the ship to shut off its engine saving on fuel costs and reducing man-hours. A water waste collection system was also installed.
