EAST CHINA SEA (Oct. 23, 2018) Flight deck crew members watch an F-35B Lightning II with Marine Fighter Attack Squadron (VFMA) 121 fly over an MH-60S Sea Hawk helicopter, assigned to the "Island Knights" of Helicopter Sea Combat Squadron (HSC) 25, during a flyby with the amphibious assault ship USS Wasp (LHD 1). Wasp, flagship of Wasp Amphibious Ready Group, with embarked 31st Marine Expeditionary Unit, is operating in the Indo-Pacific region to enhance interoperability with partners and serve as a ready-response force for any type of contingency.
