A simulated chest wound is treated by a Sailor with Combat Logistics Battalion 22, 22nd Marine Expeditionary Unit as a part of a mass causalty exercise during Carrier Strike Group (CSG) 4 composite training unit exercise (COMPTUEX) at Hunter Army Airfield, Ga., Oct. 22, 2018. COMPTUEX is the final pre-deployment exercise that certifies the combined Kearsarge Amphibious Ready Group (ARG) and 22nd Marine Expeditionary Unit's abilities to conduct military operations at sea and project power ashore through joint planning and execution of challenging and realistic scenarios.
