Marines and Sailors with Combat Logistics Battalion 22, 22nd Marine Expeditionary Unit, transport a simulated casualty during a mass causalty exercise as a part of Carrier Strike Group (CSG) 4 composite training unit exercise (COMPTUEX) at Hunter Army Airfield, Ga., Oct. 22, 2018.
