Capt. Bridgett Soares, an Officer Selection Officer at Officer Selection Station Providence, Rhode Island, teaches students leadership and teamwork lessons at a Marine Corps Recruiting Command Problem Solving Workshop during Thurgood Marshall College Fund’s 18th Annual Leadership Institute in the District of Columbia, October 27, 2018. Throughout the course of the conference, attendees had opportunities learn about the Marine Corps during student interviews, Marine speeches, a Marine Corps panel discussion and networking at a career fair.
