Lance Cpl. Haley Mathers, a communication strategy and operations Marine with the Marine Corps Recruiting Command, directs Trinity Carlisle in a Problem Solving Workshop during Thurgood Marshall College Fund’s (TMCF) 18th Annual Leadership Institute in the District of Columbia, October 27, 2018. Throughout the course of the conference, attendees had opportunities learn about the Marine Corps during student interviews, Marine speeches, a Marine Corps panel discussion and networking at a career fair. The TMCF has awarded more than $300 million in assistance to its students and 47 member schools over the past 31 years. Mathers is a communication strategist at MCRC.
