Lt. Col. (Dr.) Benjamin Palmer and Maj. (Dr.) Mary Alice Noel address the West Point Medical Society on Oct. 18. Noel is from the Family Medicine Residence Faculty at Fort Benning, Georgia, and Palmer is the command surgeon for the 20th Chemical, Biological, Radiological, Nuclear, Explosives Command at Aberdeen Proving Ground, Maryland. The scholarship programs are the Health Professions Scholarship Program, used by Palmer, and attending the Uniform Services University of the Health Sciences, in Bethesda, Maryland, used by Noel.
